Brindle Shadow
Having big dogs can make certain things more difficult, such as traveling and stops. But I've never considered not having a dog.
Look at this HAPPY face!
Dogs are awesome!
I always have a willing buddy ready for a fun adventure.
He carries his own gear, and mine - not my keys I learned my lesson on that!
He doesn't complain about the route I pick, in fact he's happy to just go anywhere!
Uphill? No problem!
A fast pace to get some exercise in? You got it!
Stop to smell the wildflowers? "Sure mom, lets sniff!"
See his "mama's boy" tag? Thanks again Sirius Republic! |
What if I don't want to talk? That's fine with him too, we can just walk and listen. Enjoy the trees, the sights, sounds, and fresh smell of blackberries.
People who don't walk their dogs are missing out - granted training is a big part of why I enjoy our walks. And no, training never ends! We train all the time, in fact our training routine has been messed up since our big move and it's taken a while to get back into the groove of things...a lot longer in fact than I would like to admit. But we are getting back at it!

I love my adventure buddies, wouldn't trade them for the world.
Now, get going! What are you waiting for?

Doggies just plain make life better!
