Happy #NationalPuppyDay
If you are a regular reader you know that Dante and Ziva were adopted from local rescues right around the age of 1.
Dante was adopted in 2013 and will be about 4 years old in August.
Here is the very first picture I took of Dante, right after picking him up.

We adopted Ziva in 2014, she was just under a year old (best guess) and she immediately hit it off and bonded to Dante.
She will be about 3 years old this April!!

Here are some pictures from when she lived at the rescue.
We ended up naming her Ziva because it means, "radiant and bright" in Hebrew and she looked like she was made of spun gold when we saw her for the first time.
